Accessibility in Canada Survey
November 14, 2019We recently received a communication on behalf of University Health Network – Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (UHN-TRI) extending an invitation to complete a survey on accessibility in Canada.
Sin-Tung Lau is a Research Associate at KITE, Toronto Rehab in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. KITE is the research arm of Toronto Rehabilitation Institute.
Sin-Tung Lau wants to learn about the main barriers to accessibility that persons with a disability, older adults (65 years old or older) who do not have a disability, and caregivers for persons with a disability encounter in Canada.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and live in Canada to take part in this one-time survey.
The survey includes 20 to 27 questions and the time needed to complete the survey will vary.
